International m&a magazine nominated Manfred to be one of the “All–Time Top 10 Deal Makers”.
He founded ACS Moschner & Co. in 1989 and since then personally executed over 250 transactions.
At Genossenschaftliche Zentralbank, he set up international guarantee and merchant banking departments, developed special bank products, then he specialised in m&a. In CA 3 Banken Beteiligungsfonds AG he built m&a services and investmant banking to be shifted to newly founded CA Investment Banking AG. Each of these activities were the core of the two major investment banking players in Central Europe.
Since 1986, he writes the official report on the Austrian m&a-market in “Österreichisches Bank–Archiv”, the official gazette of the Austrian Bankers Association.
Sigrid is specialised in hotel & tourism and the development of spa & hotel projects in Austria & the Caribbean.
For her thesis she received the Austrian Chamber of Commerce “Price of the Rudolf Sallinger Fonds”.
She served as president of JC Austria (1992), became senator of JCI (1995) and creativity trainer (2015). In July 2003, she moved to Vienna to join her brother in ACS.
